Relevancy, Inc. specializes in providing culturally sensitive approaches for treating mental health and substance abuse disorders with children and adults.

Relevancy, Inc. is an outpatient chemical dependence/substance abuse treatment program offering services to individuals whose primary addiction is to any drug or drugs including alcohol. Treatment services are individualized based on the specific needs presented by each client.

The foundation of services at Relevancy, Inc. is cultural relevance. This translates into maximum consideration being given to each client's ethnic background as well as past/present life circumstances. While ethnic minorities and women are a special focus of treatment at Relevancy, all ethnicity and both genders are equally served. Relevancy offers a variety of services which are free-of-charge and available during both daytime and evening hours.

In our fast paced modern society the demands placed on each of us can sometimes be more than we can bear. Life's pressures can force us to seek relief in a number of ways, some of which unfortunately may not be physically, emotionally, or spiritually healthy. These non-productive approaches to our problems can actually ensnare us in a cycle of harmful behaviors which, if not corrected, may lead to our personal destruction.

Following a comprehensive assessment at the Albuquerque Metropolitan Central Intake Unit, a prospective client is interviewed by a Relevancy counselor. The assessment and interview data form the basis for an individualized treatment plan which is developed by the client and the Relevancy counselor.
